Babylon nG is a software application which enables encrypted mobile calls on a variety of current cell phones, Pocket PCs and Smartphones. The solution Babylon nG provides is based on software and does not require the replacement of mobile device nor does it demand a new provider or cell number.

The application makes use of the data channel (GPRS, UMTS, 3G, Wi-Fi, W-Lan) and is globally applicable. Since data traffic is not charged by minute but by volume the usage of this channel provides an oportunity to reduce mobile phone bills.
