Since the cameras for both parties are invisible in the Eye Catcher, you can experience your video conference more naturally than ever before and thanks to its user-friendly interface, the Eye Catcher can be used just like your normal telephone.  The Babylon IP has just the size of a human hand an can easily be installed by plug & play without larger configuration expenditure. The new developed TIGER mode allows a user-friendly network integration without amendment of the IP routing configurations. Likewise we have solved the large problem of traversing firewalls. When the Babylon IP is configured in the genius AuDIT mode (Automatic Detection and Configuration of IP Tunnels) a patented algorithm detects AuDIT capable devices on the remote stations and the complex VPN (virtual private network) configurations are automatically established. No additional configuration steps are necessary.

The building of secure communication tunnels in an insecure network is made by the IPsec standard. Because firewalls usually accept this standard, complex changes of the firewall configurations, as well as the involved security risks now belong to the past. The used key exchange and coding algorithms are worldwide standardized as well as certified and offer (compared to incomplete InBuilt solutions) reliable protection against all imaginable spying scenarios.
